Returns and Replacements

Every 6K Visuals print is made to order for you. Because of that, prints are final sale for size, orientation or preference. Not sure about a size? Use the size guide on the product page or email us before you order and we will confirm the fit for your wall.

Size swap at cost: if a print is the wrong size for your space, send it back to our Portland studio within 14 days of delivery and we will print the size you want. You pay only the print and shipping cost of the new piece.

Damaged in transit: email photos of the print and its packaging within 14 days of delivery. We replace the print free, shipping included, and send you a prepaid label to return the damaged piece to our Portland studio.

Wrong item or print error: we fix it free.
